Voluntary Contributions

All donations are voluntary. No user is required to donate in order to access the core devotional experience of Ramadhara unless otherwise specified.

Purpose of Donations

Donations help support:

• High-quality content development and spiritual study
• Professional audio narration and recording
• Multi-language translations
• Secure server infrastructure and cloud hosting
• Ongoing product maintenance and updates
• Creation of new devotional and educational experiences

No Ownership Rights

Making a donation to support the platform does not:

• Create any ownership rights in the App, content, or intellectual property
• Establish any partnership or joint venture rights
• Grant voting or governance rights
• Confer any control over platform design, operation, or organizational decisions

Payment Processing

Donations may be processed through Razorpay, PayPal, or other authorized payment partners. These payment providers maintain their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to review and accept when making a contribution.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or platform billing policy, donations are generally non-refundable.

Where a payment was made in error (e.g. duplicate transaction), users may contact us at contact@ramadhara.com. Requests will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of the platform administration.

Taxes

Users are responsible for understanding any tax implications, including deductions or liabilities, applicable to their voluntary contributions within their specific jurisdiction.

Platform Discretion

Ramadhara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue donation programs or support models at any time without prior notice.
