Purpose of the App

Ramadhara is a devotional and educational platform designed to help users engage with the teachings, values, stories, chants, and spiritual practices inspired by the Ramayana. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, use of the App should be under parental or guardian supervision.

User Account

Certain features may be available without registration. If account functionality is introduced:

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Users are responsible for activities performed through their account.

Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer the App.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Misuse donation features.
• Copy or redistribute app content without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content within Ramadhara, including but not limited to:

• Stories, texts, and translations
• Audio narrations and vocal recordings
• Chants and mantra structures
• Posters, artwork, illustrations, and logos
• Trademarks and software

are owned by Dumadu Studios or licensed content providers. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

User-Generated Sharing

Users may share devotional posters and blessings generated by the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not:

• Remove Ramadhara branding
• Sell or monetize shared content
• Claim ownership of Ramadhara content

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made to support:

• Content creation and translation
• Audio production and narration
• Platform maintenance and hosting
• Future development

Donations do not:

• Create ownership rights
• Guarantee future services
• Grant special privileges unless explicitly stated

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers including Google Play Services, Apple App Store Services, Firebase, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

Ramadhara provides devotional, educational, cultural, and spiritual content for inspiration and learning purposes only.

The App does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumadu Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• User decisions based on content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where terms are violated, fraudulent activity occurs, or abuse of services is detected.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
